Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Postmate subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to the "Billing" or "Settings" section of your dashboard and follow the cancellation prompts, or reach out to our support team at [email protected].
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to the Service until the period concludes.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since Postmate is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing period has begun or payment has been processed. However, we do provide the following exceptions:
- •7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers are eligible for a full refund if they submit a refund request within 7 days of their initial signup. This guarantee only applies to your first billing cycle.
- •System Failure/Downtime: If a major technical failure on our end prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, we may issue a pro-rata credit or refund at our sole discretion.
After one month of an active subscription, we do not refund payment under any circumstances.
We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription month or year, nor do we refund carrier API booking fees or dimension audit corrections.
3. Trial Subscriptions
We may offer a free trial period to new users. If you sign up for a trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel the trial at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI) used to make the purchase. Note that the actual posting date of the refund depends on your financial institution.
