  • Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, device information, and pages visited for analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Location Data: GPS coordinates collected from driver mobile app users for route optimization and pickup tracking.

  • To process and manage shipment bookings, label generation, and tracking updates.
  • To generate GST-compliant invoices and maintain financial ledgers.
  • To provide branded tracking portals and delivery notifications to your clients.

We share your data only as necessary to deliver our services:

  • Carrier Partners: Shipment details shared with FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and domestic carriers for label generation and tracking via their APIs.
  • Payment Processors: Billing information shared with payment gateway providers for transaction processing.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Data stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
