PostMate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising from the use of the software and services provided by PostMate, or from any information, content, materials, or products included on the software and services, even if PostMate has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
