Payment and Refund Policy for PostMate - Logistics Management

1) Payment Terms:

a. PostMate accepts payment through various payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways.
b. The subscription fees for PostMate will be charged on a monthly or annual basis.
c. PostMate does not store any credit card information and uses a secure payment gateway to process payments.

2) Refund Policy:

a. PostMate offers a 14-day free trial period for new users. During this period, users can use all the features and services offered by the app free of charge.
b. After the trial period ends, if the user decides to continue using the app, they will be charged for the subscription fees.
c. PostMate does not offer any refunds or cancellations once the payment has been processed, except in the following cases:
i. If a user accidentally purchases a subscription twice, PostMate will refund the duplicate payment.
ii. If there is a technical error on the app or website that prevents the user from using the subscription, PostMate will issue a refund upon verification of the issue.
iii. If the user cancels the subscription within the 14-day free trial period, no charges will be incurred.

3) Subscription Cancellation:

a. Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the app or website.
b. Once the subscription is cancelled, the user will not be charged for future subscription fees.
c. The user will have access to the app until the end of the current billing cycle.
